Damir Keller
Damir Keller is the founder and CEO of Qualitas, LLC. He is the leader of the most demanding strategic and investment ventures, organisational development and performance improvement programs.
Damir has more than 29 years of work experience and 22 years of consulting experience in production, information technology, business services, public administration and the tourism sector.
As a leader of advisory teams or as a consultant, he has participated in more than 120 successful projects, helping clients achieve their strategy, model business architecture, conduct business transformation and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their key processes.
He is the author of numerous professional papers and a lecturer at prestigious conferences in Croatia and abroad, and the winner of the Primus Award for the most successful business consultant in Croatia in 2011 in the category of Management Consulting.
Before founding Qualitas, Damir worked as a business development and strategic project manager in leading Croatian manufacturing companies.
He graduated in 1993 from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Zagreb. He continuously improves strategic management, business management, business process management and quality management throughout Europe at numerous seminars, workshops and conferences.
