Our approach

Based on globally validated cycles for process improvement (DMAIC - Six Sigma) and project management (PMI), Qualitas has developed the IMPROVE methodology, which has proven very successful in implementing business improvement projects. It consists of five structured phases: Identification, Analysis, Development, Implementation and Monitoring, each step having a specific purpose and tools and techniques that help achieve the goals of that phase.

All phases permeate the process approach, connecting strategic and operational levels, using proven quality tools, advanced IT support, putting return of investment and change management model in focus.
