Igor Velimirović
Igor Velimirović leads the most demanding projects for Qualitas clients related to management of strategy, performance, changes, controlling, marketing, sales and customer experience.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the management and operation of foreign and domestic companies in various industries (logistics, production of medical equipment, sales of consumer goods, production and distribution of wood products, postal and courier services).
He gained special experience in the development and restructuring of companies after mergers or acquisitions, leadership and management development, introduction of performance management and controlling systems, optimization of logistics processes, introduction and evaluation of sales processes, development and implementation of customer experience strategy, establishment of customer support and implementation of ERP systems.
Igor graduated from the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Rijeka and acquired additional knowledge at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and Henley Business School.
