Dominik Matan is part of the Qualitas team as a consultant for the preparation and implementation of investment projects, with a focus on financial planning and analysis and digital transition.

His experience includes drafting business plans, investment studies, and projects financed from various sources, ranging from local and national subsidies to European Union funds. In addition to holding a Master’s degree in Business Economics and Finance from the Faculty of Economics, University of Rijeka, Dominik has enhanced his expertise through various projects in the manufacturing, service, and agricultural sectors, where he successfully led and implemented business development and optimization projects.

He possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex projects through all phases, with a focus on clear reporting and achieving client objectives. He is known for his proactive approach, attention to detail, and clarity in communication, making him a valuable partner to clients in the execution of investment projects.
