This training program is designed to provide participants with a deeper understanding of key approaches and methodologies of operational excellence, equipping them with the tools necessary to achieve optimal results in the operations of the organizations they are involved in.

What is Operational Excellence?

Operational excellence represents an ongoing effort within an organization to attain the highest levels of efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation across all aspects of its processes. This approach not only addresses short-term improvements but also focuses on cultivating a culture and system that support continuous process enhancement and adaptation to changes in the external and internal environment. Operational excellence contributes to the ultimate goals all organizations aspire to achieve: producing more products and services that customers desire using fewer resources (equipment, labor, space, time, energy, etc.). Thus, this approach emphasizes resource optimization, reduction of process wastes, and the creation of sustainable value for customers and other stakeholders.

Training Objectives

The aim of our training is to empower you with a profound understanding of the operational excellence concept and to provide you with concrete tools and methodologies that can be applied in your daily work. Through lectures, interactive workshops, case studies, and discussions, we will collaborate to develop your skills in process management, resource optimization, and project management.

Training Modules

  1. Introduction to operational excellence
  2. Strategic management using Balanced Scorecard and Hoshin Kanri methods
  3. Business process management
  4. Continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (covering the entire Lean Six Sigma Green Belt curriculum)
  5. Quality management, business continuity management, and risk management according to international standards ISO 9001, ISO 22301, and ISO 31000
  6. Project management using Agile management principles.

Training Duration

  • 25 hours of live instruction (lectures, workshops, and discussions) led by an experienced instructor with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Participants can attend classes at Qualitas’ classroom in Zagreb or via video conferencing applications such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
  • 90 hours of recorded interactive video lectures accessible online anytime, anywhere.

Cost

  • €2,470 + VAT per participant for attending live classes and access to the online learning and certification platform
  • €130.00 + VAT per participant for the accredited certification process.
